there was something about a big box of vintage brass rubbings and discarded mannequins that appealed to me - they got my steampunk-ish gears going.
These "Medieval Middles" are merchandiser forms wrapped with the metallic rubbings and embellished with repurposed trimmings and found jewellery and are a way to combine my fascination with history and love of fashion - with each regal body there must be the right accessory... something big and chunky fit for a queen, a mess of pearls, or a swag of mink tails at the waist.
